step 1: new client questionnaire

When you want to book a call, we ask you to fill in a short form so we can learn more about your business, brand, goals, and current social media presence, before we hop on a call.

step 2: get to know call

Let’s meet each other over a video call. On this call we can explore if we are a good fit to work together and discuss your needs.

step 3: contract & quotation

Afterwards, we’ll send you a contract and quotation for your approval. This way we formalize our partnership and outline the scope of work and costs for you.

step 4: social media audit & strategy

We will then conduct a social media audit and develop a custom strategy for your business if that’s included in your package. When it’s done, we schedule a call and present our strategy. This is a GO / NO GO moment.

step 5: content creation / shoot

If necessary, we schedule and organize content shoot days, either in a rented studio or on location.

step 6: content calendar

We will provide a content calendar with planned content for the month. We make sure we engage and connect with your audience during the posting process.

step 7: monthly analytics & feedback round

Each month, we'll hold an analytics meeting to review performance and gather your feedback. We continuously adjust and optimise the strategy and content for the upcoming month based on analytics.
